The inaugural Norwegian Arbitration Day will be held on 17 January 2019 in Oslo. The program will feature three sections: Section I – Arbitration in Norway – overview and current trends; Section II – Nordic Offshore  Maritime Arbitration Association (NOMA); and Section III – Arbitration as a preferred alternative in a post Brexit world.

We are proud to announce our Mr Niels Schiersing will be speaking at the event, as the only foreigner, on the topic of "Norway as an attractive place to arbitrate".
