The seminar will discuss the intersection of international arbitration and technology, focusing on developments in Asia. Panelists will consider why there has been an increase in international arbitration being chosen as the appropriate dispute resolution procedure for technology disputes, examine recent technology arbitrations and look at likely future developments in this area including how arbitration might play a role in the resolution of FinTech disputes.
