Neil Kaplan is chairing an open discussion with the Right Hon the Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury. Lord Neuberger has held the office of the President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom since 2012, a position from which he retires this year, and has sat as a Non-Permanent Judge of the Hong kong Court of Final Appeal since 2009.
