New York’s inaugural Arbitration Week will bring together arbitration advocates, neutrals and academics from New York, the Americas and the broader international community, to share information and insights on the latest developments, to promote professional development, and to provide an opportunity for networking at the start of New York’s most festive season.

ERA Pledge - Push for Parity Series - Arbitrating Your First Case

The ERA Pledge Young Practitioners Subcommittee is presenting the third event in the #PushforParity series on 17 Nov at 10 am EST / 3 pm GMT / 4 pm CET / 11 pm HKT. Dr. Sylvie Bebohi Ebongo, Christina Hioureas, Dr. Michele Potestà and Dr. Katherine Simpson FCIArb will share their insights on how to arbitrate your first case, based on first-hand experience. Lindsay Gastrell of Arbitration Chambers will moderate the event.

Dubai Arbitration Week

The five-day schedule features sessions led by leading global arbitral bodies, organisations and practices, including conferences, symposia, working lunches and dinners, and networking opportunities. Most events are open to the public and free of charge. Highlights include a lunchtime session exploring the psychology of persuasion, the annual DIFC-LCIA symposium and the fifth annual GAR Live-Dubai conference. Attendees will have an opportunity to share news and views on developments in the field of international commercial arbitration with a cosmopolitan group of practitioners, reflecting Dubai’s growing regional and international presence.
